Our structure consisting of six apartments of approximately 45 square meters is located in Castelletto sopra Ticino, a charming town nestled on the Piedmontese shore of Lake Maggiore. We are 10 minutes from the A26 motorway, 20 minutes from Malpensa airport and 45 minutes from Milan.
The climate is typical of the Italian lake areas. In fact, in Castelletto Sopra Ticino you can find hot and sunny summers cooled by the waters of Lake Maggiore which offers all the sports and recreational activities that can be practiced in the water; fresh springs and autumns that allow you to fully enjoy the beauty of our land and mild winters, thanks to the natural protection of the Alps that surround us and to Lake Maggiore itself, which softens the temperatures.
